Trust & compliance

Trust is built through practice, evidence and honest boundaries.

We aim to earn confidence through disciplined engineering, proportionate safeguards, accessible design and precise public claims.

Security-conscious engineering

Security is treated as an ongoing engineering and organisational responsibility, supported by proportionate controls and review.

Data protection

We favour clear purposes, proportionate collection and understandable handling of personal information.

Responsible AI

Any AI-assisted function requires a defined purpose, visible limits and appropriate human oversight.

Health and social care alignment

Where products support care contexts, we aim to understand relevant expectations without implying approval or transferring professional duties.

Financial information boundary

Household tools may organise information and scenarios, but do not provide regulated financial advice or guarantee outcomes.

Accessibility

We design toward inclusive, keyboard-accessible and responsive experiences, and provide a route to report barriers.

People remain accountable

Software can help people organise information and follow structured processes. It does not replace clinical, safeguarding, legal, financial, regulatory or management judgement, and does not transfer statutory duties.

Assurance status

We make no claim of external certification or approval. Product descriptions do not promise compliance, inspection success, financial results or any other outcome. Future assurance claims will be specific and evidence-based.

Questions to ask before adopting a product

Ask us about the specific product version, available functions, known limitations, access permissions, audit history, hosting arrangements, backup and recovery, data export and support responsibilities. The evidence and contractual commitments depend on the product and proposed deployment; a portfolio description is not a substitute for that review.

Data and AI in a proposed project

Discovery should establish what information is needed, who may access it and which suppliers or integrations would handle it. Where AI is proposed, we discuss its purpose, data use, limitations and how people check its output. We do not treat an automated finding as a confirmed fact or a substitute for a qualified decision.
