From a real need to a considered design
Our starting point is a conversation about the problem, the people affected and what a useful result would look like. We examine existing workflows and opportunities to reuse suitable software before proposing a new build. Technical requirements sit alongside usability, accessibility, operating constraints and the quality of the experience.
How we work together
We clarify the brief, identify assumptions and agree priorities, scope and observable success criteria. Design and review come before implementation. Changes are tested and reviewed, with release, support and ongoing responsibilities agreed for the particular engagement. An initial enquiry begins discovery; it does not commit you to a purchase or authorise development.
